PRESENTATION OF THE GRENOBLE TOURISM OFFICE'S QUALITY PROCEDURE
The Grenoble Tourism Office obtained its fourth star in December 1999 thanks to its dynamic team and fully strives to provide quality service to its visitors.
The Grenoble Tourism Office in a few numbers :

- 300 000 documents published each year
Documents available at the reception area for :
- 321 French cities
- 60 foreign countries
- 132 ski resorts in France.
As well as information on all the French departments and regions.
HISTORY
The reception service of the Grenoble Tourism Office is evaluated by AFNOR Certification and is deemed compliant with all the standards of the NF Service brand.
26 juin 2001 : Following the audit carried out by AFNOR, the Grenoble Tourism Office obtained the following certification :

Today, the Grenoble Tourism Office :
-the first certified Tourism Office in the Isère department.
-the second certified Tourism Office in the Rhone-Alps region after Le Grand Lyon.
-the twenty-third certified Tourism Office (out of 77 total).
Aujourd'hui, l'Office de Tourisme de Grenoble :
- le premier Office de Tourisme certifié dans le département de l' Isère.
- le deuxième Office de Tourisme certifié dans la région Rhône-Alpes après Le Grand Lyon.
