A multi-lingual professional team is here to welcome you and provide you with information :
-Monday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6 :30 p.m.
-From May to September : Sunday and public holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 2 p.m.
-From October to April: Sundays and public holidays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

More original and diverse requests are processed thanks to a data base containing thousands of references !
From yoga classes to care rentals and brochures for each ski resort, our clientele will have a personalized document that he or she may keep.

Our team members are here for Grenoble residents as well as French and foreign tourists. In English, German, Spanish, or Italian, our welcome team is at your service every day to efficiently respond to your request.

Documents on more than 270 French cities, departments, and regions are available at the Tourism Office, as well as information on a large number of foreign countries, from Greece to the Tahitian Islands, for example.

The Reception and Information department receives more than 250,000 visitors per year, 160,000 information requests, and more than 200 phone calls per day.
