Accessibility

This version of the Grenoble Tourism and Convention Web site was designed to comply with a maximum of points in the WCAG-1.0 standards (Initiative for Web accessibility) of the W3C  (World Wide Web Consortium).

Compliance with standards

This site was designed, from the beginning, with in accordance with the current standards of HTML, style sheets, and javascript.

We are constantly striving to maintain the highest quality possible for our Web site.

However, given the site's dynamic nature, it is possible that certain elements will be punctually and inadvertently damaged or out of service.

If you happen to discover any such problems, please contact us to let us know. We will then do everything possible to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Usability and accessibility

Grenoble Tourism and Convention wants its site to be as user-friendly as possible. This means that we want users to have access to as much information as possible on the site. This desire has pushed us to apply several accessibility recommendations, including:

*the images offer pertinent alternative texts

*the color contrasts must allow for easy readability

*the pages are correctly and uniformly structured

*navigation help is available

*there is a limit on the maximum number of windows that can be opened, and the user is informed of this beforehand

Furthermore, you can enlarge or shrink the text size and increase the contrast by using the corresponding icons located on the upper central part of each page.

Also, current events make the site of Grenoble Tourism and Convention very dynamic: if you come across any errors, please let us know and we will do our best to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

For the moment, this does not apply to certain aspects of the sight, notably for the video content.
