For all events of more than 400 participants:

> Each event participant will find a welcome letter signed by the President of Grenoble Tourism and Convention in his or her hotel room. This letter will include a "What's going on in Grenoble during your convention?" program with lists of exhibits, events, etc.

> Would you like Grenoble Tourism and Convention to be present at your event to give participants more touristic or practical information? Contact us!

> An "Easy Grenoble" convention participant guide map will be available for each participant. It includes practical information in two languages on the convention site, the train station, the city center, the tram network with a time table, taxi ranks, Wifi hot spots, etc.

> Creation of a special convention hotline, ALLÔ CONGRES. Each participant can call at any moment during the convention to have an operator give him or her information, directions, or help.
